Seagate's Service in Mumbai, India
Thia refers to the service available in Mumbai. Their service agent M/s.Accel, at Commerce Centre, Tardeo, Mumbai, had refused the seagate's hardisk only because the one of the connector pin being pushed inside, though product was in warranty period. Ref. CALL REGISTRATION FOR SEAGATE RECEIPT WAS GIVEN ON FIRST DAY, when the concern person without seeing the product gave me the above referred registration slip. On visiting on second day, after registration at their site : http://myservice.accelwms.in and ID No.: DA10006114, they refused to accept the harddisk, saying that it cannot be accepted for the above referred fault, though the product is in warranty period. I could not understand the attitude shown by them, by simply refusing to accept the same, although the product was in warranty period. Will somebody will guide me in this situation from the Seagate itself.
